Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by They Don't Live Up to their Committment During the 4 days, 3 nights I stayed there - my room was never cleaned. After the first night, I left my room at 12:15 pm, could not find the cleaning people so stopped at the front desk and ask the clerk to have the cleaning people just bring me new towels and make the bed. When I returned at 10:00 pm nothing had changed in my room. I called the front desk (same person) and asked for new towels and he reluctantly brought me several clean towels. After the 2nd night, I left the room at 12:30 pm and again looks for the cleaning people but could not find them. Again, I went to the front desk and asked the clerk (a different one) to just remove the old towels and bring new ones plus make the bed. I returned at 9:30 pm and nothing had been done. When I checked out the following day, I discussed this with the Hotel Manager and she apologized and insisted in giving me a discount on my room since I had not received any service. She committed to sending me a new bill. Two weeks later, she has not done this. THIS HOTEL MAKES COMMITMENTS BUT DOES NOT LIVE UP TO THEM. THEIR INTERNET PASSWORD IS "QUALITY" BUT IT IS ANYTHING BUT QUALITY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND I AM A LONG TIME HOLIDAY INN GOLD MEMBER. May 31, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff is Outstanding! The front desk manager named Max is incredibly nice and accommodating. Seldom do I get to travel with my family and he made it as enjoyable as possible. The hotel is also very modern and my children thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We stayed in Scottsbluff to visit with our church brethren at the local Church of God as we passed through on our way out west. May 9, 2013
