Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Change in room Our first choice of a room on arriving was on the third floor overlooking the pool. As it turned out, the room next to ours was occupied by a couple with a "handy Dog" and they also smoked. The dog barked during the night and kept my wife, a lite sleeper awake. I spoke to the desk clerk the next morning who in turn spoke to the on duty manager. They both were upset at our experience and to make things right, provided us with an upgraded room at no additional cost. My wife and I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and this kind of service has convinced us to return to this hotel when we are in Scottsdale. May 16, 2013

I am a platinum member and this place ruins everyone else because there is never a problem, the staff is professional, polite and personal. the rooms are clean and everything in this place is always superlative. The 2 - tvs in seperate rooms are nice where you are not disturbing others. May 10, 2013
