I usually expect sticky carpets and smoky rooms for airport hotels but Seattle-Sea-Tac is great. The entrance is beautiful and kept very clean. There is a large breakfast and casual seating area in the lobby. The front desk staff were quick and knowledgeable and even gave a great recommendation on dinner and a safe place to vacuum my rental car. I have to say, you must like the sound of airplanes to stay on the 3rd floor or above. I had my window cracked and otherwise I don't know if I would have heard the sounds so clearly but it was actually almost comforting knowing that I was going home to California. The bathroom is one of the newer designs with the bowl sinks and LED type lighted mirror. The queen bed was comfortable and above all my room smelled great. Probably the best feature, this hotel did NOT charge for parking. It's crazy that most of the other hotels in the area charge their members for parking but this hotel does NOT. That was out of the ordinary and a nice surprise. I changed hotels 3 times in one week and wish I would have found Seattle-Sea-Tac the 1st night of my trip. I can't think of one bad thing from my stay.

This hotel is convenient to the airport. It's clean, efficient, and the staff is fantastic. There are washer/dryers on each floor. And the complimentary breakfast is a good value, even if the food is nothing spectacular. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who requires a stay near the SEA-TAC airport. You can't beat the great service and good value.

Check in was fast and friendly; parking is adequate; this area of sea-tac doesnt seem the safest, but the hotel seems very safe. Pretty quiet even thou its close to the airport. Check out was fast and convenient. Older property but seemed well kept. I travel on business a lot and will stay here again! The Lobby is kinda dull but I dont sleep in the lobby so dont really care. The hotel could use a make-over but I still recommend it over some of the others in the area.

Stayed here a number of times. Good value. Overall good short stay hotel. Recptionist was very condescending upon my arrival at the airport. I called for a courtesy pick - up but was informed she would not register the call or inform the van umless I re-called from a courtesy phone. Just inapprororiate for a receptionist----I am not a public school student waiting on a school bus.

Internet kept kicking out, asked for the top floor, heard foot steps all night. I will never stay there again

Everyone who works at this Holiday Inn Express was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast choices were great! Thank you helping me get going in the morning. If you are heading out of Seattle airport, you need to stay here. The shuttle bus (and driver(s) got me to where I needed to go at the airport. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

My friend and I recently visited Seattle on vacation and as always, I booked us at a Holiday Inn Express. While I have always had good experiencse at Holiday Inns, this visit by far was the best ever due to the outstanding staff. The front desk, the housekeeping staff and the shuttle drivers were all so helpful and were great at giving us directions and recommendations of places to visit. Please let your staff know how much we appreciate all the things they helped us with and we will definitely return to this hotel when we visit Seattle again.

I was pleasantly surprised - we have always stayed in one of the hotels directly across the street from the airport, and I was expecting this hotel to be located there as well, but it was about 1 block south of the airport; close, but just far enough to avoid airport noise. The room was very nice - an older hotel that has been remodeled. No noise, very quiet. The elevator was slow, but it wasn't ever a problem (and there are only 4 floors - so you can take the stairs!). Breakfast was typical HIE fare. Plenty of free parking, a shuttle to the airport. Very nice stay.
