At breafast and lunch when food was low or empty it was not replenished, so if you were first the choice was good. When I asked the staff more was brought out.

This hotel is one of only a handful (so far) of hotels that we have found that have made extra provision for wheelchair dependant guests. The bathrooms are extra large and the main rooms have space for wheelchairs to move around easiy. The beds are low which is not ideal for anyone who has to bend to help the wheelchair user or anyone who may have difficulty standing with out assistance, but they are comfortable and the hotel is able to provide assistance of required

From the minute we checked in until we left the staff and facilities were first class.Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
Special mention to Nick who looked after our group at dinner on the Friday night.We were a group of 12 and he dealt with us with out a problem.My youngest gran daughter summed it up when she said he was amazing.

Over the past year, I have stayed in several different Holiday Inn's for a total of over 100 nights and so I noticed several mistakes during my stay at Sevenoaks Holiday Inn.
On arrival, the Receptionist did not offer any information about Breakfast or the Restaurant for the evening meal. She didn't mention Wi-Fi either. When I got to the room, I noticed that the executive set of bathroom toiletries were not there, nor was there any hot chocolate.
I rung down to Reception to ask if the Restaurant was going to be busy, as I had noticed there was a Wedding party in the hotel, and was told that it was busy and got a very vague response as to whether I would be able to get served. I therefore decided to order room service and eventually had to call Reception to place my order as I had tried to get through 3 times and the phone just kept ringing. I ordered a burger with no mayo, but with ketchup, a pizza, a toffee sponge and a brownie, with a beer and a diet coke. I received a phone call from room service where they told me that I had ordered from the wrong menu and that pizza was not available. The menu in the room quite clearly stated that the food on it could be ordered in your room up until 11pm. I was also informed that the toffee sponge had run out so I had to choose a different main and a different pudding. When the meal arrived, the burger had mayo on it, and there was no ketchup. The coke was full fat and not diet. Therefore, the only part of the meal that was correct from our original order was the brownie!
The following morning, I noticed that one of the towels had a brown stain on it.
I did mention the above issues to the Receptionist on departure and she was very apologetic and helpful.
Whilst none of these issues on there own is that great, it is not what I have come to expect from the Holiday Inn chain and overall I was disappointed with my stay.

This hotel is simply great: it is in a very beautiful part of the country and the staff are lovely. We will definitely come back!
