Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Home away from home ... This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are great, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet is wonderful and the pool and gym are first rate. Service generally great. Would recommend this hotel to any Australian travelling to Shanghai. In terms of value for money it is first rate. Will stay again next time we are in Shanghai - although this hotel is a little of the beaten track it is well worth it. June 5, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 住了5天,早餐无新意 不要求早餐的品种有多么的琳琅满目,但至少每天要有点不同,住了5天,每天的早餐品种甚至拜访发的位置都是一模一样,很容易让人产生厌倦,每天都是全新的,为什么不把最重要的早餐弄得让人感觉是新的一天的开始呢。加油! May 27, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A mixed expirience The hotel expirience was great and enjoyed the stay very much, grateful to duty manager on 27th march 2013 night, who prepared food for me that night, beyond hotels kitchen opening hours. Would request the hotel management to look into round the clock service to guest for some particular simple snacks or meals in room or 24x7 coffee shop. Was a little uncomfortable with staff chatting, giggling behind your back soon you leave the front desk or concierge.... It gives a feeling that something certainly not right either with yourself or hotel team, making the stay expirience little uncomfortable. The above is just an observation. Thanks April 3, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 服务应再提升 本次入住总的来说向以往以一样舒适,只是入住转天我填好了洗衣单要水洗一件深色T恤,我知道T恤前面下方有几个已被脱色的小点,根本不会洗后会有任何破损。我晚上回到房间后发现衣服没有洗,洗衣部留了张字条原来酒店在收到衣服后发现上面的小点就退回拒绝清洗。我转天就退房且打算穿这件衣服,结果没法穿。如果洗衣部能在收到衣服后在前台查询我的电话然后和我确认衣服的情况并且在我认可后进行清洗,这样既满足了客户的需要,有给酒店增加了效益,同时还能体现出酒店的高质量的服务。希望酒店能提供有附加价值的服务。 March 30, 2013
