Staffs were very helpful. Cleanliness of room is OK. Toilet is good, especially big shower room.
Breakfast is just average. I expected more for the breakfast.
Location is OK. It is about ten minutes walk to metro and shopping mall. At first, I though that it would be closer than that but ten minutes walk is OK.

Guestrooms and hallways need renovation, very outdated.
Guestroom closet has unpleasant smell as soon as you open.
Staff very friendly.

Nothing special offered to priority club member. Everything is self service no serivce offered. If just need a cheap place to stay, it is ok but I will try different hotel if I visit that area

it is located at a convenient place. There are a lot of restaurants, shopping places, and subway station in walking distance. but there is no shuttle bus from hotel to the subway station or airport.
it has a fitness center and a laundry room.

Stayed the hotel due to its location. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is out of shape and really needs some refresh.

地理位置比较折中，不在园区里，和生活配套区域比较靠近。
上午官网预定，中午check in，还是很顺畅的。会员入住有送饮料。
服务人员的热情程度有待提高，反倒我主动跟他们打招呼了。
客房总体比较干净整洁，总体尚可。

It's my first time staying there. It's not too far from the airport and it is surrounded by local restaurants/shops. The staff is attentive. When I wasn't able to call a cab, they're able to assist.

The check in procedure took around 1 hour. Even after modifying booking before a month the staff denied of any modifications. We had to fight for 1 hour to get what we wanted.
Even after repeatedly informing the staff at reception of the requirements in the room(shaving kit, safe not working, glass for drinking water, hand wash which was finished) it wasnt fulfilled.
