Great place to stay. Staff was very helpful and always had a smile and kind word to share. As we passed the front desk, staff would ask if there was anything we needed.

we stayed here for the weekend for my daughters wedding and everyone was a great service to us.the breakfast had great choice of food and was hot.the rooms were good and comfortable.it was clean and if we needed anything they we right on it.i would stay here again.

Staff is friendly and room was clean but some things need attention.
Older property that's perhaps been updated at least once and some minor things need attention:
1) bathroom door would not remain in the open position.
2) clock radio not fully functionable to "wake to music".
3) sink very slow to drain when full.

I travel for business, so staying connected is critical to me. In the end, I will not be staying here again do to extremely slow interenet connection. I like the hotel, the rooms are nice, close to my customer, but I have a need for speed. They really should not be advertising "High Speed" internet because that is really no the case here.

The Holiday Inn Express in Shelby NC is clean, neat, very professional with super breakfest. The best in Cleveland County.

The room very clean and quite accommodating. The desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was less than we expected. It seemed to lack attention on a busy Saturday morning.

over all i love this hotel , but that week the vending machine was not working for snacks and the beverage machine ran out of water ..also have a more health choice when it comes to the breakfast, like egg whites and wheat bread for toast, trying to watch out for my diet needs.
