Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Some disappointments We were very disappointed that there was NO coffeemaker in the room or bathroom. We always enjoy coffee as soon as we wake up without having to leave the room. We weren't able to do this. Also, there was no TV channel guide in the room so it was difficult to find favorite channels without surfing all of them. Thirdly, the drain in the bathroom sink was partially clogged so that the water was slow to drain. We did, however, have a restful night's sleep. For that we are grateful. April 11, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great weeks stay The room was ready when we arrived and I was acknowledged as a Platinum member. The room was clean and spacious. There was a problem with the TV remote not working. The problem was not easily fixed so the TV was promptly replaced with a working one. The door keys stopped working due to a dead battery in the door. This was promptly fixed. The manager was friendly and available whenever needed. I would definitely return. March 20, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average Hotel Bottom Line up front: This is a average hotel compared to other IHG hotels. I stayed here because it was a reward night. If I had other options, I would stay elsewhere at newer properties. Note: I stay in hotels about 30-50 nights a year. I feel that I am both objective and honest in my assessments. My preference is to stay in newer IHG and other chain hotels. With that said, I rate this hotel as average. Maintance and repairs: Average (not good or bad)...The hotel is an older and is starting to show its age. i.e., cracked tiles in the elevator, older carpet, etc. However, is maintained in an adequate manner. Location: The hotel is located in a nice quiet residential area off the freeway. Staff and Service: Average... Breakfast: The breakfast was below average. The bananas were green, bread and bagels were dry and stale, and the pre-made "pop in the oven" biscuts were under baked. The cinnamon rolls were good. Again, overall average.. I commend IHG for being transparent and for allowing me to review their hotels. March 11, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Service Upon making the original reservation for two rooms for the same 4 dates, the Clerk did not click add 2nd room so we had no room for my co-worker. Due to my customer request we needed to come a day earlier so I called at 1:00 pm to add the extra night and I was told no problem. Upon arrival at 11:00 pm I discovered that we had one room and not untill the next night! There was a tractor show in Louisville. After an hour of phone calls from the clerk to the manager we did get two rooms for the stay. The second night the room keys would not work due to the clerk only putting one night on the key cards, the coffee was ice cold at 5:00 am. Two of the three treadmills were not working for the entire stay. The clerks all tried their best to address my concerns. This is a nice hotel with good people but they need more training for the front desk people. Several exterior lights were burned out making it difficult to unload vehicles. February 19, 2013
