It is always nice to find a nice hotel that is pet friendly...they are very few to come by especially in Sheridan. There is a very reasonable pet fee and they even had treats for dogs at the front desk! I would highly recommend this place if you are traveling with animals, they are very pet friendly, they even let me bring my dog with me into the atrium to people watch.

I would totally recommend this hotel to my friends and family. They had a very friendly and welcoming staff. I was traveling with a young one and the pool was out of order, they were very apologetic and offered to find me another hotel room with a pool. We opted to stay at the holiday inn since it was clean and the staff was friendly. A must go to if passing through sheridan.

This is probably the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at.The Staff were very friendly but the facilities and decor of the hotel were horrible. The pool was closed for renovation and my floor was having major work done. I was not advised of either.
The food at dinner was so poor so I sent it back. I was offered a 20% discount. Due to obvious staff shortage I waited 20 minutes
for breakfast and then left to eat elsewhere.
Being a Platinum Ambassador meant very little. My first room looked onto a brick wall and my second had a connecting door to
the next room. By then I had given up on the hotel so put up with
my neighbour coughing all night. This room had a lovely view of
the very close freeway,a local power station,the carpark full of
shipping containers and a glimpse of the snow capped mountains.
Never again would I stay there.

Having a restaurant onsite and a lounge to relax in is a major plus. The restaurant had awesome service and the food was great. The rooms have recently been updated and were very refreshing with the mostly white color scheme. The coconut lime shampoo and lotion was probably my wifes favorite thing about the hotel.

The room and remodeled bar was very nice. Staff was friendly and the food was pretty good as well. Not much to do in the town however. Just a bit overpriced for the area.

The property is undergoing renovations, so I gave it a four star rating. I expect that once the renovation is complete that it will deserve a five star rating. Nice location for my purposes, too.

I travel for work. They took me in without a reservation. The stage was very nice and gave me coupons to eat. As far as hotels in this area this is probably your best choice

I have stayed with this inn over the 34 years I have been going to Sheridan. They seem to try and stay updated and considering it is a remote city, they do fairly well. Food and beverage could use a little work but was adequate and convenient. The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. This is the only place I will stay in Sheridan.
