Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by nice and new! the hotel was a very nice property and looked very new. I do have two comments which I feel where there could be improvement. The first being that it does not have avantages for Prioity Club members. They do not have a separate floor for members or do not have the complimentary breakfast like most Holiday Inns that I have stayed at for Prioity Mmebers. The other comment is about the fitness center. Again nice new equipment but really do like it when a fitness center also has weights which this one didnt. Didnt have a conflict this time but many hotels I stay at have two tread mills and two elipicals along with either a weigth machine or dead weights. This one had two tread mills but only one elipical and only balls to lift. I usually try to make it the fitness center by 4:30-5 AM because if you wait until later you wont get equipment to work out on. May 6, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms not ready!!! This property is very nice; clean, comfortable beds etc. My only complaint is that our two rooms were not ready for check in until 5:00 pm. I understand that it was a busy weekend for them, but I think it's their responsibility to hire enough staff to turn over the rooms on time. The late check in was very inconvenient and the staff was not very apologetic or helpful! May 2, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Staff was not too friendly The thing that always seemed to set Holiday Inn apart was the friendliness of the staff. This was not the case with this property. They were not rude; they were simply "neutral".....uninterested. I would actually hesitate to stay there again because of it. I like to be treated "special" when I stay at a hotel. April 26, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great all the way around! I recently stayed here with my 2 dogs. It was a great place for all of us and I was so happy to see that room service was available. Once you get back at the end of a long day at the horse show, it's nice to have a meal come to you, where the dogs don't need to stay in the truck etc. Room was comfy, and they gave us everything we needed. I'll be staying here again next year. April 4, 2013

The staff was very accommodating and although continental breakfast was not included Amicii restaurant on site was delicious and a good value. Holiday Inn Express is our choice when traveling we have never been disappointed. March 26, 2013

Although breakfast was quite good on the morning of our departure, the dinner we had in the same restaurant the evening before was unacceptable. The menu was dull and the food preparation less than you would expect from any restaurant. Except for dinner, this was overall a nice place to stay at a very reasonable price. March 13, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect Stay Convenient to interstate (and work in Cottage Grove), I was given a very comfortable corner room for the 9 days of my stay. Personnel were fantastic and friendly. Great food in the restaurant, along with nearby eateries. Would definitely stay again should I be in the area. January 28, 2013
