Very flexible, very clean, and the staff is the best. I will not stay any where else, I feel at home. I will look for Candlewood Suites every time I travel.....The best part is I can have my dog with me and the staff loves him.
Checked in on 3/31/13 and I'm still here, second home.....Love it here.

The staff and service are exceptional! The staff goes out of their way to make your stay inviting and comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable and accommodating to whatever your reason for staying. I have stayed here many times for both business and pleasure. The only critique I would make is the same in most any other hotel i've stayed in and that's that the rooms need more sound proofing in the doors.

My Family and I recently moved from the east coast to west coast. Needless to say I stayed a quite a few hotels along the way. This was by far the best hotel that my family and I stayed at during the entire trip. What made it great was the excellent staff. Everyone was very helpful. I recently stayed at another Candelwood in another state and thought that I would never ever visit this chain again. Luckily I did because the Staff at this hotel single handedly changed my mind. My family and I cant thank you enough for making our stay in your hotel feel like home. Wish I could add extra check marks to the Staff block for PROs.

We found this hotel tobe exeptional in service and comfort. It proved to be located in the right part of town close to shopping and basketball games we were attending.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. For our family we had connecting rooms which were very convent for keeping track of everyone.

The staff here is amazing! Friendly, helpful, polite; can't say enough about how wonderful they are. The bed linens are so comfortable I don't even want to get up in the morning. And of course being pet friendly is important to me since I travel with a dog. Will definitely continue to use Candlewood for my long-term stays.

My company nearly always stays here for business trips. I was pleased with the service and, above all, the quiet. As a business traveler I place a high value on peace and quiet - this property did not let me down.
The only downside is the location on the outer road - it's difficult to make a left turn in the morning rush hour.

I have traveled and stayed at a lot of hotels, but I believe this is the cleanest property I have encountered. The entrance, lobby, room and all areas were immaculate!!!
Also, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
I would highly recommend this for a stay if your travels take you to ot throught Springfield, MO.

I HAVE BEEN STAYING HERE ON AVERAGE TWICE A MONTH FOR OVER A YEAR NOW. I COME DOWN TO PICK UP AND DRIVE RESCUED ANIMALS TO RESCUES AND SHELTERS IN MORE POPULATED AREAS WHERE THEY HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF BEING ADOPTED. I AM A VOLUNTEER, I DONT GET PAID TO DO THIS. CANDLEWOOD SUITES IS A GREAT VALUE, THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.. THEY ARE QUIET,
BUT MOST IMPRESSIVE ARE THE STAFF AT THIS HOTEL. THEY ARE KIND AND COURTEOUS,AND GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE MY STAY MORE COMFORTABLE. I CANNOT PRAISE THEM ENOUGH.
THIS HOTEL IS ALSO VERY DOG FRIENDLY, I TRAVEL WITH A SMALL SERVICE DOG AND HE IS MADE JUST AS WELCOME AS IAM.
