Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast Pancake machine wouldn't work, the front desk staff were to busy chatting then attending the 9 or 10 of us eating breakfast. None of use ever did get any pancakes. Three of the regular coffee carafes were empty, after I was done all four were empty, no splenda as sweetener. There was decaf if you wanted it. I'm hopeful that this was an isolated incident at this facility, as at this time I would attend any other IHG member facility in the area then this one again. March 16, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by clean nice room, noisy room above us While our room was clean and comfortable it was impossible to sleep because their was a lot of noise above us. When I commented about the noise to the manager in the morning he said, oh, the room above us had people who worked the night shift and they go in and out a lot. Knowing this he should have given them a room on the first floor. He didn't offer an apology or any compensation. I wasn't going to make a scene but it was very disappointing. February 23, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jan stay I really enjoyed the stay here. Was a last minute decision as got caught in snow on return trip home. Was nice as restaurunts nearby that i did not need to get back in car to look for dinner on bad roads. very easy to find after getting off turnpike and easy to make way back to turnpike the next day. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Needs Updating We have stayed here in the past on frequent trips to the area. The hotal rooms are getting run down and are in need of attention. I'm a Priority Platinum member and at all Holiday Inn's I'm given an little "goodie" bag and asked If I want to be upgraded. Neither happened here - I was just a guest. I asked for an upgrade and they gave me a queen suite as opposed to a king suite (which I asked for). They did have them because my inlaws got a King suite that same night with no reservation. They stayed one night but changed there plans to stay another. When they came back that next night they had to pay a higher rate - even though the hotel was 75% empty. They told the front desk that they would go elsewhere at that rate and the front desk told them to go ahead before they finally agreed to knock off $10 - still more than the previous night. Corporate should look into this one! If it's not updated by nexy year we will go somewhere else. November 30, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by If you have to be in Streetsboro... ...you might as well stay at this hotel. I have been staying at this location for a couple years when I am in town on business. They have very little turnover, which speaks volumes for the way this property is managed. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable about the area, and genuinely nice people. The food seems to be fresh and well prepared, and is served up by a very cheerful person who makes you feel right at home. The property itself is very well maintained and secure and is close to various types of eating establishments. I highly recommend this property to anyone having to be in this area for business or pleasure. Compared to the other available options in the immediate area, this hotel is BY FAR the best!
