We stay here every spring while visiting family in the area. The facility is very comfortable and the staff are great. Excellent location for quietness and access to shopping. It can get a little noisy on weekends when school groups are present, but it's hard to complain about energetic young folks.

Kevin at the front desk is very helpful on dining options and directions. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

Overall, ok for the price. Main complaint was the Matress was very firm, almost too firm. Breakfast selection was limited. The area where the hotel is, seemed to be very quite which for me is very important. Fitness room has a very limited choice, but for the amount of room they have, it was better then nothing.

The bed linen were dirty, the desk was small and no lamp,
I have been in many Holiday Inn Express hotels, I am used to a much better hotel

This is our second time to stay in this Holiday Inn Express. From the housekeeping staff to those working the front desk and the breakfast area, we were treated very well. Couldn't ask for better and on top of that the property is well maintained and very clean. The cost of the room was outstanding too!

The hotel was in a good location from the Suwannee Sports Academy where my sons played in the YMCA tournament. This definitely will be location for us in the future.

I have called this place home 2 nights out of the week for a couple months now. It has been consistently clean and the folks working there are very attentive. Kevin always greets me at the desk with a welcoming smile in the evenings and obliges any concern i have with a remedy (nothing big so far). Marleny has also been very attentive and sends me off in the morning, by name usually, which is a rare kindness you don't find too often at hotels. I have been there quite a bit lately and they haven't got tired of me yet. The breakfast has a decent spread, included in rate. Rooms are spacious, more than i need. Bathrooms too are big and have exhaust fans which i like. Good times.
