Only front desk receptionist Nancy is very kind and helpful. Go all way out to help you. However air cons not working. Very hot in the room even at night. Was bitten by big mosquitoes during my stays. Requested for a fan, but was told no fan available. Very disappointed! Priority Club members are not recognize. Makes no different if you are not one though, unlike Hangzhou Grand Canal Express Holiday Inn who gives priority member special privileges. November 2, 2012
