We had stayed here previously and enjoyed it. This time was terrible The room service was poor, the food was basic with no thought, the room windows were filthy, room cleaning between days was basic, they did the sheets and thats it, dirty cups and glasses were not touched, towels were not changed as requested.
Reception staff were relunctant to assist.
Very poor effort!!!!

From my check in to my check out three nights later, the staff here were friendly, helpful and courteous. Location is just near the Kings Cross Railway Station which allowed me to trip about to various places for the Head On and Vivid Festivals and I had a room that was a haven from the crowds. The view of Sydney Harbour Bridge and City night and day was mesmerising and the room was very comfortable.

A nice place to stay, easy access to the CBD and surrounding attractions. Parking is ample and not "squeezed". The room we had over looked the main street, but on the 7th floor it was quiet enough to sleep. Lower floors (from other stay) can be a little noisy. Breakfast was good with the usual selection and special food requests were available from the cook.
The only down side from my last stay at this one was that they no longer had complimentary biscuits with tea and coffee!! Cost cutting?
After booking the stay via my Priority Club membership I found it listed elsewhere for a cheaper price. I accessed the "Find it cheaper, get it free" guarantee and within a short time I had the first night free. Made the weekend even better, on top of the fact it was our 40th wedding anniversary!!
Overall another pleasant stay.

This hotel has everything we love - great beds, soft pillows, good food, wonderful staff, easy and plentiful onsite security parking. It has easy access to public transport and the city and The priority privilege package means it is usually good value. Add all this to the location and we can't find a reason to go anywhere else. Love this hotel.

The suite rooms 8th floor are great,but the noise from the other guests standing in front of the lift area talking when leaving the lift at all hours is terrible.
Maybe signs in the lift saying Consider other guests,please be quiet when leaving the lift.Both times we stayed in the suites,we found the noise quiet annoying.
The problem is that the suite rooms are located opposite the lift area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my last stay. My room had a perfect vista of the beautiful streets of Darlinghurst and the local skyline. I felt very comfortable and pampered and the staff were friendly and helpful. I look forward to my next stay.
