Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Made life easy Simple check in with friendly receptionist, Hotel ideally situated for Busch Gardens, which was the purpose of our visit, with free shuttle. Room was perfect, clean and spacious, flat screen tv, fridge, coffee maker, iron & board. Coffee maker faulty, no problem, reception changed it right away. Very quiet with no noise from adjoining rooms. Stayed three nights and room and bathroom immaculate when we returned from the park each day. Not a fabulous neighbourhood but there is an Olive Garden right next door and a Red Lobster next door to that so no problems with food. Small pool to the left side of hotel but didn't use it as the weather was not so great when we stayed. All in all a great stay, thanks HIE ! May 9, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER WASN'T HAPPY WHEN I FIRST CHECKED IN BECAUSE AS SOON AS I WENT INTO MY ROOM I WENT INTO THE BATHROOM AND IT WAS DIRTY.. THE ONE BED LOOKED LIKED SOMEONE WAS LAYING ON IT. THE BEDS WERE NOT COMFORTABLE AND THE RUGS LOOKED VERY DIRTY.. May 6, 2013
