It was during Spring Break, so he did an excellent job in finding the last available room in the state, judging by the traffic. The staff was just great. Not only was the check-in person the same he had dealt with when originally booking, but she was there the second time I stayed at this location. I think her name is Judy. She, as well as the other staff, was always upbeat and friendly to talk too. In addition, it appears to be a new hotel and is kept up very well. I will always stay at this location when visiting my son. June 8, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean and nice property but beds not comfortable! Good location. Close to airport. Very clean. Room decorated very nicely. All of which is the reason I have loved HI. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and neither were comfortable. In fact, one was really leaning to side with hump in middle. This is the third HI we have stayed in lately with bed issues. I hate that because that is one of the reasons we always stay at HI because of the mattresses and bedding. I think I will try another hotel chain next time. Did not eat breakfast but it's always great. March 21, 2013

Each and every visit has been a wonderful experience. Everyone who works at this location from the manager to the housekeeping staff is the BEST! I have recommended this location to numerous family and friends and all have had the same great experience. The entire staff is so friendly and attentive----new employees of other locations should train under this staff. March 18, 2013
