I highly recommend the Holiday Inn TBS. The rooms are clean, bathroom and beds are excellent, wireless is excellent, and security is very good. I do room service a lot and the food is excellent and service is great. Airport transfer service is very good and reliable too. Front desk help is excellent. Three suggestions: Ban smoking inside the hotel, particularly in lobby and restaurants, plant some trees out front, and install some pedestrian cross walks adjacent to the hotel as the roads are a real hazard. Good value for the money.

a) When reserving and during my stay I asked staff three times to change my first bname in the Priority Club system. There I am written as Manucherch, while my correct name is Manuchehr. No one paid attention to my three requests. b) Then, staff was not attentive to my reservation (I enjoy tax-free status as a diplomat and it was written in the reservation) and charged taxes to bill. When I mentioned that my bill should be tax-free, it took them a while to rectify that. c) TV channels in my room were not in order which was written in TV channel list. If they are not in order, why to keep TV channel list in the room? Many channels were of poor signal quality, so I could not watch them. d) Overall, no attention to small details that make life easier and Holiday Inn distinctive of other hotels.

I use to saty at this hotel when ever in Tbilisi on business trip.
Location is excellent, nice rooms, grear breakfast, well equiped fitness room. The hotel is well maintained therefore, look new.

i need my points im a loya standing customer my name is on the Bill however my company paid while i physically stayed at the hotel n slept two nights the front staff was cordial the bank inside of the hotel said they will be closed to change shifts for 15 minutes they took a hour they were rude As i reflect on customer service loyalty has no expiration im a world traveller n Globalist and fly the us and Foreign troops world wide start first by teaching every face what the Epitome of customer service represents

the holiday Inn is my home away from home while in Tbilisi.
excelent and modern facility. well maintained.
food (breakfast) is very high class.
Gym is cutting edge equiped. very modern machines
room is well sized, bad is very comfortable
highly recommended while in the area
only down side is the location not in the proximity of the old city, which is the turist center
