Crowne Plaza Terrigal was an unexpected oasis of warm and friendly staff with big smiles and nothing too much trouble - they must be happy in their jobs. The other great things were the self-serve juice bar at breakfast and the great barista coffee. May 21, 2013

When you enter your room it feels so good big,clean and welcoming. A short drive from Sydney it is my favourite Hotel to stay at. Thank you everybody. May 16, 2013

Everything you want is here for you from the friendly staff to the fabulous food. You have no need to leave the hotel ,relax in the Spa ,have a swim enjoy a long breakfast or just take in the amazing location. The staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is very memorable. You arrive stressed and leave so relaxed. What more could you want. May 15, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by weekend Break Room was nice View was awesome Seasalt restaurant was delicious Cocktails in the lounge after dinner were great Its a pity but the buffet breakfast was a let down, hots were cold on both mornings. Cold eggs and bacon are not a good way to start the day The majority of the hotel staff were polite and helpful but we a little put out on the second morning by breakfast staff who looked at my husband like he had 2 heads when he asked if the eggs and bacon could be heated in fact we were made to feel very uncomfortable and left the restaurant,which was a little unfair considering it was the second morning in a row and we never mention it on the first morning just thought it might have been a bad day. We would probably stay again if given the opportunity just not with the breakfast option May 7, 2013

Did not impress as family location with a lot of drunken fights at hotel bar spilling onto entrance of hotel whilst entering hotel with children. Staff slow and not receptive to guest needs. Did not feel safe with children. Great beach location though. May 4, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for a weekend getaway We stayed at the Crown Plaza Terrigal for one night whilst we attended a Wedding on the Central Coast. The hotel is in a great location, with beautiful views over Terrigal beach and the room rate was well priced. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful (let us check in early, offered to book us a Taxi etc). The hotel is grand and modern, the beds comfy, the rooms spacious and bright and there are a few options for breakfast both in the hotel and nearby. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wedding Group Visit Our room was a great size and our family of 4 were very comfortable. The location was divine, so central to everything. We relaxed, enjoyed the beach and coastal walks. After the local wedding we attended we were able to walk home and the Crowne Plaza has good security in place. The pool was sunny and the children loved it. A friendly, quality place to stay and all guests appeared to be having a fantastic time. A late check out was offered to us and appreciated as the kids just loved swimming in the pool. The Crowne Plaza Terrigal has a quality grandiose feel and is highly recommended by my family.
