Pesimo servicio en restaurant.
Casi nunca me quejo pero esta vez no debo dejar pasar esto.
-primero de los 7 cortes a la carta solo hay 2
-Para servirnos se tardaron 55 minutos, por ultimo mi sopa de lentejas llego después de terminar mi plato fuerte.
-para terminar y por el servicio no contemple pagar una propina mas sin embargo y sin que yo lo pidiera ya estaba cargado el 10% sin mi consentimiento. claro firme por pena ajena pero estuvo muy mal

Good morning, you have a good service in this hotel (in general) but the service provided in the restaurant is really poor. The people is not ready when the have to be, we need to wait 10 - 20 minutes so they can have the breakfast ready ( I'm talking after 06:30 am). Last time they forgot what I asked for and nobody put attention to me, it was really frustated.
It's a good hotel but definitely te restaurant must ne improve, I think it's a importat piece of the total service.
From now on our staff will try with another hotel that offers a better service.

This hotel has good breakfast and good service. However, during my stay, the internet was down for the whole day (Sunday) which is
very disappointed. Besides, there's no battle water served for 4 days, but front desk was able to have someone deliver the bottle water after I called. In general, it's a good hotel, good service.

The atmosphere in the hotel is very nice. The treatment of all staff is very polite and resolve any doubts or support service you require.
The rest is done in rooms that are located on the opposite side of the main street is very refreshing

There is a big issue in this hotel with the Taxis. Looks like the lady manager is the head of a "mafia" that controls the taxis that can give service in the hotel, so they charge to the taxi drivers a "fee" to let them load passengers in the hotel. So, when you need a taxi, they call the ones they have arranged and they take at least 15 minutes. There are closer taxi companies, but they have not agreed with the "fee", so they can not load people n the hotel. This fee goeas directly to the lady manager. There was a line of about 20 people waiting for their taxis. I had to saty here because the Crown Plaza had no rooms.
