Upon arrival, we asked for a quiet room and were upgraded to a suite by a very friendly front desk staff. Room was clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and property feels new. A very refreshing stay between two 600 mile drive days.

Second time here in 6 months. Will stay again. Love the ceiling fans in the 3rd floor rooms. Hope to stay here again in a year.

Suprisingly quiet stay for right next to Interstate. Would definately stay here again. Staff friendly.

We were traveling through this area on a combined business/pleasure trip. Being a Priority Club member I was looking specifically for a Holiday Inn Express in the area. There were a couple to choose from and I selected this one based on it's proximity to my route.
We arrived in the evening and were greeted warmly by Jeff who was expecting us. He had our rooms set aside ready to go and we were checked in within just a couple of minutes. After unloading our luggage we were thinking about dinner. I went downstairs to the lobby was able to talk to Jeff some more. He asked a few questions about our tastes and preferences. I was hoping to find a nice LOCAL place to eat (not a chain, not fast food) and he came up with a couple of suggestions. We tried one and were really happy.
The property was recently remodeled and it was very clean and modern. The kids got to swim in the pool - also clean and kept up.
The breakfast the next morning was exactly what we've come to expect from the HIE hotels - it's not exactly fine cuisine but for the price (built in to your room rate) you can't beat it for variety or convenience - especially when traveling with kids!
We got a chance to visit with a few other staff members (housekeeping, breakfast area) and they were all very nice, friendly and professional folks.
There was a shift change at the front desk when we left but that was also easy.
If I'm in the area again I will definitely make it a point to stay at this HIE.

We had stayed in a different holiday inn express on our way west and had planned to return to the same one on our way home, but had such an awful experience that we decided to find a different one (this one). We are so thankful we did!! The hotel smells new, the staff was super friendly and helpful. It's right off the highway. The room was very, very nice. And there was a good breakfast.

The staff is really friendly and accommodating. There are a lot of restaurants and entertainment options nearby.
