Great Hotel! We met our sons and their families. The staff was excellent ensuring that all of our needs were met. Dawn was great, and the rest of the staff were amazing as well. Saturday night was very hectic, and the staff maintained their cool. Thanks for making this family get-together one we will always remember.. ,, very very fondly!! Thanks to to the very sweet young lady that kept the breakfast items stocked too. Everyone was fabulous!!

The bed was so comfortable, I thought I was home. The only issue I had was room service. The houskeeper did not service the room properly. She replaced the towels, amenities but did not remove the trash or make the beds.

The hotel was quiet,immaculate, and the staff helpful. We used the pool and that was also very clean and nice. The place is also easily accessible from I-70.

Arrived at 3:20pm and our suite was not ready. Check in is at 3. They sent us to another suite. The maid had just started cleaning it. Then they sent us to another suite that was dirty. Finally we got a suite. The indoor heated pool was very nice and warm.
The free breakfast was not good due to lack of items. The pancake machine was not working and the eggs ran out and were not replaced while we were eating. Then at check out there was a sign at the front desk saying someone would be back shortly. We waited for 22 minutes and no one showed up at the front desk. Two other guests wanted service during that time. Finally I wrote a note and left it on the counter that we had checked out.
Super poor service at this property. It is a shame as this is a new property and if managed correctly would be a great place to stay. This Gold member will not return here.

We booked through a third-party site, and we didn't know which hotel we were booking. What a great surprise! The hotel is quite new, but they seem to have it together. Every Employee we interacted with was pleasant and friendly. The food choices were great, it just would've been nice to have some fresh fruit choices. The room was very modern - from the bedding, to the paint color, to the furnishings. Our King-sized bed was luxurious.....we even had a variety of firm & soft pillows to choose from, which were discretely labeled on the pillowcases. We didn't use the pool or exercise room, but they both were top-notch. This hotel is located near some fantastic eating and entertainment. There is a famous Resort nearby, and you are only 10 minutes away from getting there and enjoying the activities at/near the Resort. Overall the value for the price is excellent!

Stayed at hotel for extended stay. Could not have asked for better service. Staff was thoughtful and helpful.
