Stayed one night while attending a show at the Tucson Music Hall. Convenient 5-minute trip on I-10 to the music hall. Service good, room comfy. Breakfast OK, but definitely beats going to an expensive restaurant and wasting time and money. Location off Grant and along the Santa Cruz River is a quiet place.

Nice hotel, but not very clean room. There was a bad smell, we cheked the room and there was an old apple under bed. Seat at room was dirty. Breakfast just ok not many variety of food.We expected more for the price.

This hotel knows how to deliver on customer service and cleanliness. We stayed in 4 Holiday Inn Expresses during a 10 day trip. This one was absolutely the best. The one in Pecos Texas was absolutely the worst.
Stephen, on the front desk, had to be called several times during our trip. He was one of the most kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable front desk people we have ever met.

a good place to stay. the restaurant recommendations from the staff made it easy to find a good restaurant in the immediate vicinity. very quiet and made it easy to sleep. i only have positive comments.

We could not go without shoes in the room. The floor was so dirty that our socks turned black. Not happy. Also, the hot tub was green for 1/2 the time we were staying.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and it just was not up to par compared to what I am used to at your locations. Breakfast foods were slightly overcooked. Rooms had no soundproofing and were difficult to sleep and rest in during the day time. The internet was very spotty and unreliable.

The rooms and hallways were dirty and worn. Carpet throughout building very worn....time for a remodel. We stayed for two nights and never really felt comfortable since the hotel was in such need of a fresh remodel. I would stay somewhere else the next time I come to Tucson.
