The location of the hotel is excellent, but it is difficult to find. Overall, I would say this hotel is 'ok' for a short stay on business primarily b/c of it's location. The hotel is dated and needs some updating. It almost seems like this property was a different brand that was purchased and converted into a HIExp. I had an issue with the toilet seat and water on the floor in the bathroom. Maintenance did come to address the issues. Maid service was very slow and was still in progress when I came back to the room around 4 p.m. in the afternoon on my second day.

The worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. I could hear the people in the room above me, as I am sure the people below me could hear me. The floors creaked that much. I could feel the wood below the carpet. I will not stay here again.
The breakfast was standard Holiday Inn Express fare of scrambled eggs, omelettes, gravy and bacon/sausage. Nothing spectacular or surprising there. No fresh fruit was available, as well as no yogurt.
The actual building is hidden behind two large chain restaraunts, so without a GPS I would have never seen the place.
I travel very frequently for work and I have a profile set up that specifies no room near the elevator, but yet I was stuck right across from there. I will not stay in this location again.

Was on the second floor and the room above could hear the bed
squeak and walking late. Have never had that happen at any of the Holiday Inns before. The tornado sirens were going off all night. Not their fault.
Breakfast also ran out of yogurt.

Most everything about this property is OK, but not having a room with exercise equipment is not keeping up with the demands of the modern traveler. When I return to Tulsa on business, I will not stay here based on this.

It was Valentines Day... I checked out and headed across town to my appointment. About half way there, I realized that I had left my phone in the room. So, I borrowed a phone and called the front desk. Vicky took my info and said she would go get it and have it for me as soon as possible. Within 30 minutes I received an e-mail from Victoria confirming they had found it.
I drove back to get it... in plenty of time to catch the call from my wife wishing me a Happy Valentines Day. No need to look for any other place to stay in Tulsa, I am going to elevate the hotel phone number from contact list to speed dial!

Staff was excellent made you feel welcome from the check in to the check out. Normally stay at another property but prefer this one and will consider staying here again.

The staff were very friendly -- front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. My only disappoinment was no fitness center!
