This is the nicest hotel in Uvalde. They book up quick. Very clean, very comfortable, and good service. I travel on business 2 to 3 nights a week and always stay at Holiday Inns. The points are great and they have yet to make a mistake on any reservation I have made unlike some other hotel chains I tried.

It has been around 25 years since I lived in Uvalde. I came back for a funeral and I am so glad I decided to stay at this hotel. I was very impressed with all aspects of my stay and would HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone.

The edge of the sink had a very sticky substance which I did not see upon first glance, as it blended into the the marble top. I washed my face and as I raised back up, my shirt was stuck in the substance on the counter. Looking into the sink, there were brown spots in the sink bowl. I did not touch this substance nor try to clean it up, since I did not know what it was. I called the front desk to report it. The desk clerk thanked me and said she was sorry. There was no offer to clean it up.The next morning, as my husband was trying to close the inside shower sliding door, it came of the track and fell onto to him. At check out, I reported this to the clerk. Her response as soon as I said "shower door", was "Oh, it came of the hinge". She already knew this was a problem, yet the room is reserved for another patron to experience the door coming off! Someone, could be seriously injured. I always stay at Holiday Inns or Holiday Inn Expess hotels when they are avalaible. I was very disappointed in this establishment. We paid way too much to have a dirty bathroom and a faulty shower door. I was not recognized as a priority club member. The clerk said she was new and had to talk to her manager to get my priority points added to my account. The next morning this had been taken care of.

From the moment you pull up to the hotel you can see that the property was well kept. When I arrived to my room I was immediately impressed on how clean and organized the room was.

The only hotel in Uvalde Tx with great maintence and customer service. The Front desk was very polite and welcoming.

The Uvalde Holiday inn express is by far the best hotel in uvalde, Tx with great customer service, accomadating tidy rooms, with a great overall family enviornment atmosphere. Front desk was well prepared with check ins and acknowledged priority memebers. General manager was very attentive and polite, also runs a great establishment

The staff at this hotel is fantastic and very, very helpful. The business center is a big help for the typical business traveler. The breakfast bar area was well maintained and well kept up. Especially great kudos to the manger and the front desk staff.
