Always our choice when in Newhall/Santa Clarita. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast has a good selection. The staff is very accommodating. They give you a little welcome package of water and a snack when you arrive though it is just one small bottle of water per room no matter how many guests in the room, kind of silly I think. The rooms are very quiet even though it is close to the freeway.

The room was nice. The desk clerk really went out of her way to accomodate us as we had an infant and really needed to get in out rooms. She was wonderful.
Our beds in both rooms though were not great and both myself and my son have back issues so it was a little difficult.
Overall nice place.

Had specifically requested for a room away from noise, always do, and this request is accepted at all the hotels. But, still I was given room facing highway. When I informed the receptionist about it, I was told that there is no noise..comeon..I can hear it inside the room. But, management didn't do anything about it. Couldn't sleep at all..wont stay again at this site.

Recently, I stayed two nights at this hotel because my friend and I came in from out-of-town to spend two days at Six Flags Magic Mountain. The staff was very friendly and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The business center was an excellent time saver to where we could check-in to the airport and print out our boarding passes. The breakfast bar at this hotel was an awesome experience as well. The food was very good quality and there was plenty of choices available. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at and will definitely be staying at again when we come back down for Six Flags later this year. I give this hotel 5 stars all the way across!!

The Managers & Staff at the Santa Clarita location in Valencia,California are always so kind and helpful to my family and I when we visit the Los Angeles area. The Customer Service that I receive is so Grand that's why I choose to reside at this location when I visit( Los Angeles which is every 2 months.
Keep Up The Great Customer Service!

This is one of the best Holiday Inn Express Hotels we have stayed in. The bed was comfortable, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast food.
