We gathered several family members for a Valparaiso student graduation. Lobby gave us a great place to gather and rooms were clean . Would certainly recommend for others. Good job!

The new general manager welcomed me when I checked in. I had just driven 5 hours after a full day of work and was so pleasantly surprised. She was very nice and made me feel welcome. Definitely better than the Merriville HIE nearby.

They were out of a lot of things at their breakfast. What was there was fine. It would have been nice to have had a refrigerator in the room. Most do anymore.

We use the Holiday Inn Express several times a year for our Board meeting housing. The staff are GREAT at accommodating the various needs. The men always comment that is a pleasure to stay there. The staff have also been helpful in accommodating us when we have needed a meeting room. When making reservations the staff couldn't be more helpful. THANKS VALPO HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS!

Stayed at the Hotel during a significant rain event. Room was quite comfortable with a great view looking out over a rain soaked wet land. The hotel property and parking lot stayed high and dry during the entire storm. Other properties in the area unfortunetly cannot say the same. Great food, great service and overall great hotel - I will be returning!

Our stay at the Valparaiso Holiday Inn was wonderful. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I've stayed they a few times and the person working the front desk this time acted as though she was doing me a favor to check me in. I simply asked if she tell me how many points I had on my account and she responded "not enough to do any good". She did not offer a bottle of water either. It's the small things that we all choose our stays by. Her attitude left something to be desired. I also checked on my points myself and I had 108K. Not a lot, but what i can tell you is that they will accumulate slower if I am in that area becasue I will not stay there again.
