Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not perfectly satisfied The hotel as it is are fine, good value for the money. Good for business, but the location is not really good for leisure. At the check in I was handled perfectly, I asked Internet access for 2 smart phones and 1 laptop. I was guaranteed free of charge verbally, however at the check out I was charged and only for 1 item I was given free. I felt a little bit uncomfortable. May 15, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great room and excellent service by staff We had a restful stay while seeing this ancient city. The room was outstanding and the staff very supportive. The staff spoke excellent English which was important to us since our Italian skills are nil and went out of their way to assist us when we discovered we had left our lights on and had a dead battery on our rental car. They found jumper cables and boosted us off so we could be on our way. Thanks heavens for that, the words "jumper cables" are not in our italian dictionary/phrase book! Many thanks to the staff for service above and beyond. We recommend this hotel. May 14, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel, but very poor staff I was truly disappointed about the level of service. First of all, I did not get the confirmed room (King Bed), but a twin room. There was no excuse or information about that on behalf of the front desk staff, I only realized it when I already had all my luggage upstairs. Not complaing about this was a huge mistake, because the beds were very very small and started to move apart during the night... Room cleaning staff is very poorly trained...coffee and tea were not refilled the next morning. Bathroom amenities were already used when I arrived (almost empty and with traces of blood). This must not happen in a hotel of this category! Even the next morning they were not replaced by new ones. Overall this could actually be a nice hotel with very good parking facilities, nice spa and modern guestrooms (even though a bit small), but staff needs to be better trained! February 28, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by One of the best hotels visited in Italy I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are very modern and very nice (we got upgraded), the restaurant was great with good food, and the staff were very helpful, especially Barbera, one of the desk managers - she was particularly helpful in solving several problems we had with late luggage delivery from the airport. The only slight problem is that it is slightly out of town - at least a 15 minute shuttle ride and the shuttle does not run all day so taxi fares can get a little expensive. Anyway, we had a great time in Verona. January 5, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful 5 star hotel Only stayed here one night before our flight home. Fabulous luxury in a very odd location. Great meal in the restaurant at reasonable prices for 5 star. Great service throughout our stay. Most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on! Only one complaint would be the pool was too cold to use. Not sure if it is always like that or we were just unlucky. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thankyou! October 14, 2012
