This hotel was hosting the "Blood at the Beach" convention and still decided it was OK to accept a reservation for a 13 and 17 year old girls volleyball team. The security was NON-existent as my 17 year old daughter was being harassed and literally chased by someone dressed as a clown. As a hotel, you have a RESPONSIBILITY to advise your guests when something like this is going on. The volleyball players on these teams were literally TRAPPED in their hotel rooms as they were scared to go out of their room....not that I, as the chaperone, would have considered LETTING them out of their rooms!

I and my firm will be staying at the Greenwich Rd Holiday Inn location again for sure.
Service , Rooms , Overall Stay Was Great.!

I stayed here for a convention, considering that this Holiday Inn is equipped for such an event, you would think they would be capable of handling high volume of guests. Room service was over an hour late. Which was surprising since we hung the order on the door, and it was picked up about 3am. Had they notified us, it may have not been a problem. Go to the dinning room to grab a quick cup of coffee and a bagel on the fly, no coffee. There is now a 15 minute wait with more guests adding to increasing coffee line. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The kitchen staff needs to get it together.

The rooms at this hotel are clean and comfortable. I found them to be average for the cost. What truly made our stay was the WONDERFUL STAFF!! My family was there for the BATB convention and your staff went above and beyond! I can't say enough nice things about all of them!! I look forward to my next stay!

This was my first time to Virginia Beach. My room at the Holiday Inn Express was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby was wonderfully decorated. I would not hesitate to suggest this hotel to others. I truly had a good nights sleep.

This was a very nice hotel, comfortable, and affordable, with up to date amenities. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, clean room, and bathroom. The staff was wonderful, and we would recommend staying here. The only thing is there were a lot of kids staying the same weekend, and someone pulled the fire alarm very early in the morning, but that didn't take away the overall niceness of our stay, just annoying.
