Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by good breakfast camparing to the all other hotels of IHG group which I had experienced, this stay can not count to a very perfect one. the hotel has good facility and good breakfast though they never change. just the people in the hotel are not so hospitality, they never say a word unless you speak first. i donot feel any priority as Priority Club GOLD Member. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A great hotel to relax in, although it is starting to get too pricey! Warmly welcomed and given an upgrade due to membership status. A lovely room, comfortable bed and free beers in the mini bar! Whilst the hotel looks a little dated in places, it is spotlessly clean throughout, with a well heated pool and sauna area. Friendly staff and an extremely busy restaurant due to excellent quality food. Prices though seem to be on the high side now. Room service was prompt, but certainly now overpriced, and that policy will drive me to a choice of several restaurants a few minutes away by car or merely 15 minutes by foot. We opted for a room only deal due to time constraints, and we felt that the 20 Euro breakfast charge is no longer worth it. We opted to breakfast at a nearby cafe for 3.60 Euros instead. Clearly, every business aims to make money. Clearly too, every customer decides how much a product or service is worth to them. I do hope this hotel manages to find the right balance before it starts to loss customers.. April 29, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Where is the customer service department? Hotel is good, restaurant has a smaal card but the steaks are excellent. And than the bill: after I have continued my jourrney I discovered that HI has charged me another(higher) rate than was confirmed in my reservation. Then you are looking for a customer service department emailadres on your invoice. It is not there.Then you are sending a message to the reservation department and ask them for a refund and a confirmation of the correction of the error made. No replay. Nothing heart since.. Any suggestions on how to proceed? February 24, 2013

Very good restaurant and excelent quality for money. We love this hotel already for many years (more then 20 years) on our way to and from our holiday destinations. January 4, 2013

Having booked a sadly too short 2 night stay for my wife and me using an ebay gift voucher we bid for and won, we were delighted to find, that on our extremely friendly check-in, (well done, Frau Muller) we were upgraded to an excellent club room due to our Platinum Priority Club membership, complete with some delicious, free mini bar drinks and snacks. Thank you for understanding and rewarding the loyality we show in your hotel brand. A win-win for all as you can be sure we will return! The swimming pool and sauna area was extremely clean and well maintained. Happily, the pool was actually heated properly and we, along with many other guests, found it great to relax in. The sauna was a pleasant 85 degrees and staff were on hand to provide towels and adjust settings as and when required. Our evening meal was a splendid lobester buffet which was well received by a packed restaurant. Breakfast came with 2 sorts of salmon, huge fresh croissants that just melted in your mouth, a wide selection of cheeses and high quality meats, wow factor chicken nuggets, limitless freshly squeezed orange juice and sparkling wine. A truly, genuine 4 star plus assortment complete with great tasting coffee and hot chocolate. Room service was we felt a little expensive, but we were delighted with the massive portions of fresh, well presented, hot food, delivered well before the suggested deadline, complete with basically a whole loaf of unexpected free fresh bread sorts and various yummy toppings. Candidly, we would rate this hotel as one of the top 3 we have ever stayed in for quality, service and value, and we have stayed in hundreds of hotels for both business and pleasure. It is nice to actually feel that the management and staff correctly balanced our needs for good value and service with their aim to profit. The hotel was quite full, and I can only imagine it does a great repeat business due to hosting many happy guests. January 1, 2013
