My stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Watertown, NY was wonderful. My room was exceptionally clean and fresh. Thank you, Melissa! The folks at the front desk were so helpful throughout my stay. I was a bit unsure of my dirving directions to Fort Drum from the Holiday Inn and a very kind receptionist actually gave me her card to call her if I got lost on the way and needed further directions!
The friendliness and professionalism of the staff that I met during my staff renews my faith in man kind.
Again, thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The Holiday Inn Corp office should be very proud of the service that you provide.

The entire staff are VERY professional and VERY polite
they all made my visit as though I was at THEIR homes
hotel in great location major choice of resturants and shops
beautiful clean spacious rooms..
will return again

First time we stayed at this location, the staff was great and the rooms very clean. We had to leave early so we missed the breakfast buffet but they sent us on our way with breakfast in a bag. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The outdoor fire pit was a bonus and the kids had a blast in the pool. We all enjoyed breakfast after a good night's sleep. My only complaint would be the reservation folks took my reservation and then passed me on to a sales rep trying to entice me in to a timeshare. I really thought that was in poor taste. It was very difficult to get her off the phone and I thought it was tacky, I called to make a reservation at your hotel and you tried to push something else on me - just felt wrong to me. The salesperson was quite good at her job, I actually felt guilty when I finally got her off the phone because I wasn't taking part in the offer. Perhaps you could give out brochures upon arrival or something to market that option - was it necessary to hound me when I called your people for a service. The fellow who took my reservation said he was putting me through for a bonus offer - I had no idea what it meant and he didn't ask me if I wanted to be put through. Anyway I'll know better next time and won't waste an extra 15 minutes of my time.

We use this locations as a get-a-way for the girls, it's perfect location for us to meet. Two from Northern Ontario, one Belleville Ontario and one from Montreal Quebec.
We have always loved the Holiday Inn express but this one is really excellent and staff so nice and helpful

Thank you Holiday Inn Express for providing wheel chair accessible rooms without jacking up the price. It's hard enough for handicapped people without having their disability robbed for a hotel room. Needed a cot and it was as comfortable as a proper bed.
