The staff of this Holiday Inn Express is exceptional, everyone was ready to help and eager to please! Nothing makes a trip better than friendly hosts! And the location is perfect, convenient with a great nature trail for some relaxing exercise! And if you are Duck Dynasty fans, it is located less than a mile away.

The staff at the West Monroe Holiday Inn Express is EXCELLENT. This is my favorite hotel of all the hotels I visit on a weekly basis. If I am within 90 miles of West Monroe, I would prefer to stay at this hotel and drive to my meetings opposed to staying in another location.

.Everything was great. The in room coffee maker looked like it hadn't been washed in awhile. However we got coffee from the lobby area.

The room was dirty and the bed had no pillows and the bathroom had hairs all over it.
The breakfast was not very good and varity was was poor. I will not ever stay here again

WE TRAVEL TO WEST MONROE 2-3 TIMES YEARLY TO PLAY BASEBALL AND ALWAYS STAY AT THIS HOLIDAY INN. THE STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN ACCOMODATING AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ASSIST IN OUR STAY. ON OUR LAST VISIT WE PLAYED THE LAST GAME OF THE NIGHT AND NEEDED TO WASH UNIFORM PANTS FOR SATURDAY AM. UNFORTUNATELY WE COULD NOT FIND A 24HR LAUNDRY MAT CLOSE BY. MY WIFE ASKED THE YOUNG MAN ON DUTY FOR DIRECTIONS AND HE OFFERED TO ASSIST IN WASHING AND DRYING OUR PANTS AND NOTIFIED HER WHEN THEY WERE COMPLETED. HE WAS TRULY A LIFE SAVER AS WE WERE ABLE TO RELAX AND PREPARE FOR THE NEXT DAY!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful the whole stay. The suite I had was right across from the elevator which I try to avoid, but the room was very quiet and I did not hear any noise from elevator area! There is a very nice wildlife park with trails going around and through a large pond that you can access from the back of the parking lot! Mondays through Wednesdays has managers reception from 5-7 which was quite good. Overall a great experience.

I always enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Express in West Monroe when I travel for business. I can stay in any hotel in Monroe when I travel and have tried several. None compare to the personal service and attention experienced by staff when I stay here. Front Desk staff know me by my name and remember my room preferences.. Room cleanliness is always impecable and inviting. The hostess in the morning serving breakfast is also so customer service friendly and strives to assure all food items are available and fresh. Great Job!!

The room was very accommodating. The bedding was very comfortable as were the pillows. The office space was very comfortable, also. Will stay again soon!!

have stayed here several times on business and pleasure. When traveling for pleasure we have a dog and 5 year year old grandson. Rooms are always clean, comfortable and well cared for while we are there. Breakfast if convenient and great when trying to feed a 5 year old. ALWAYS greeted a "member of the family" not just a guest. .Great place to stay in West Monroe. Was just there in Nov and will be back in Feb for several days and then a full week in June. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I arrived at the hotel to a pretty grumpy night lady.. The standard "Welcome Platinum Member" and bottle of water or anything else were completely skipped. Basically, she just wanted people away from bothering her.
I was working nights and sleeping during the day. 99% of the time, when you hang a Do Not Disturb sign #had to get that from the front desk# the cleaning staff is polite enough to not slam doors.. Not a chance!!
The flip the security lever over so the door won't competely close, and allow the door to SLAM shut, time after time, actually shaking the room!!
I grumbled through the first days 1/2 hour of slamming, and then next day I asked for the staff to show a bit of courtesy for those sleeping.. That day I had a peaceful sleep..
The next day, SLAM SLAM SLAM!!!! I called the front desk and it stopped shortly there after, but I was already awake and angry from the terrible service and inconsiderate people..
I stay at a LOT of HIEX's #almost 200, 000 worth of points earned this year# and as I mentioned, 99% of the time the staff is courteous.. This hotel, not so much..
The location I was working was only 2 miles away, but I think I'll pick one of the other hotels on the same road next time.

This a a wonderful hotel to stay in this area. The staff was very gracious and meet every need. The room was very clean. They have free snacks in the evening, and the breakfast bar has a lot of varitey to offer. I will be staying here again on my next visit to Monroe.

i messed up my reservation and showed up at this hotel on the incorrect date the office staff stated that the hotel was fully booked and they started calling other hotels to get me room. They changed my room to a later date without penalty. Upon arrival they welcomed me back and the front desk even apologized for the mistake which was not theirs.
