Was very pleased with our stay. I've stayed in many motels, but the staff here was very pleasant and friendly, the room was very clean and the breakfast had many choices. Had a good nights sleep as it was very quiet and comfortable. Will plan to stay here again ASAP. Extend to your staff my appreciation.

Our family has stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Wilkesboro for years on the weekend after Thanksgiving. That is our lodging location when we go to the mountains for our Christmas tree. The staff are always so polite and efficient. The room was very clean.

The location is very convenient with lots of places close by. The staff were polite and friendly. Very nice breakfast. We loved the cinnamon rolls! We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is well situated to visit several sites; traffic was not an issue. Several restaurants and shopping is available. The room was very comfortable as well as the morning breakfast. I strongly recoommend the stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful with the Prioirty Rewards Program.

I was impressed with the decor in this hotel and large guest rooms with a comfortable chair and bed. Free great hot breakfast with eggs and bacon/sausage and pancakes and lots more. The staff was very friendly and helpful
We will be staying here again!!

We will not be back to this property again. Upon attempting to check in at 3:30 on our arrival Saturday, we were told there were no clean rooms available. The excuse given was that the property had been fully booked over the Friday night (which was really not our problem). The desk staff had to be asked to call housekeeping to get an idea of when a room would be available. And, it seemed there was no effort made to put a cleaning crew to work on a king room right away to solve the problem.
Approximately 30 minutes later, a non-smoking king room was provided as reserved. Unfortunately, the room smelled like it had been converted from a smoking room about three days before. Ugh!
Based on the staff's indifference and the nonsmoking smoking room, we will not be back here again.

This property has great customer service. From the time we checked in until we checked out every team member we had contact with was extremely courteous. A great property to stay at. We plan to stay here again in the future.
