My wife and I stayed at your property when we visited the grand canyon. The room was very nice, and the bed super comfortable. We did not try the restaurant, as there were quite a few restaurant in town which we decided to walk to. There is only one complaint that I have, and it is that when we went to use the pool and hot tub, we noticed that there were black gunk floating in the hot tub. I noticed that they came from the side of the tub, so I am presuming that the tub hasn't been cleaned for a while, and that the grout between the tiles were full of these black gunk. Other than that, we would stay in the hotel again.

Front desk folks were friendly. Being next to the freeway we heard big rigs all night - didn't get a good nights sleep. Bed was comfortable - bathroom was ok. Would have been nice to have complimentary breakfast.
Rate was a little costly for what we got.

We ended up stranded here a few days due to car trouble. Called in advance for a reservation. Gave a c-card by phone to hold my room. When I arrived by tow truck after a stressful ordeal with my car breaking down, I was told by the desk clerk that my reservation was cancelled! Luckily there was still a room available. There is no elevator at this hotel. We were able to get a room on the first floor. Very dreary room, but we were stuck here because of the late hour and a broken down car. The bathroom was the worst part. We actually had cracks in
the ceiling above the bathtub and water was dripping down into our bathtub from the room above us! Gross! Not the cleanest hotel either. The gift shop never seemed to be open. No free breakfast here but there is a restaurant which we did not eat at.
The pool was the best part at this hotel. It was very nice.

When I arrived and walked in the lobby there was a man ahead of me checking in. I waited for about 20 minutes listening to the conversion back and forth between your front desk employee and this man. He obviously was giving her a difficult time questioning and complaining. I would like to mention how patient and professional your employee was in handling him. She appoogized to me for the long wait and was very nice.
In addition to this, when I got in my room the internet was not working. Someone, I assume he worked there attempted to resolve the issue. He traced the router and wiring and was able to fix the problem. He also was very nice and polite during my conversations.
My experience with your staff was great, and I certainly would recommend your hotel.

Very accomadating for over the road truck drivers. Great parking, in house resturaunt with a bar sitting area or a separate dinning room.

This hotel is clean and is nothing fancy but it most definitely provides a comfy and relaxing stay. The staff was very courteous, helpful and friendly. One SUPER negative: it has no elevator. If you are bringing a child (which we all know requires a lot of gear) or if you travel with many bags, get ready to carry all of it up the stairs. If you call ahead, like we did, we were able to get a room on the first floor. The second time we stayed there (two weeks later on our way home from our trip), we were not given the first floor room we requested. We also didn't get the king size bed we needed so my hubby and the dog slept in one bed and our son and I slept in the other. They are very pet friendly and our boxer had a great time enjoying the property and meeting staff members. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who can deal with the elevator situation. :D

The customer service staff was friendly, but not tuned into the customer's needs. As a priority gold member, I expected to receive a newspaper. At 8:00 a.m. the front desk was out of papers and not interested in my needs. The restraunt was empty and the service was fair at best.
This was not what I would expect from a Holiday Inn facility.
