Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GuySmiley charming property right in the middle of the action
A great little hotel right in downtown Windsor - easy access to the casino, tunnel to the US & nightlife. The room was comfortable and the staff are friendly - what more could one ask for :)

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ricky201 Great Locale! Friendly Staff!
I came to Windsor for a business trip, but I wanted to stay somewhere I could get around and do something at night after I was done. Did I ever pick the right spot. No shortage of restaurants to choose from, and had a really good breakfast in their restaurant

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by geneil Wonderfully accomodating!
We decided to stay at this particular hotel because of it's proximity to restaurants and shopping. The front desk was kind and courteous during check-in/out. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We especially appreciated the amenities such as the pool. Thank you for a home-away from home experience.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by karenlk Bad location. Expensive for what you get.
During the day, the neighborhood looks very seedy and is a bit scary. At night, it apparently is the place to be. Who knew. . . The street and bar action was quite extensive until the wee hours. We could hear the "boom boom" of the bass in our 4th floor room way too easily. Then, at 2am, we had a drunk man knocking at our door trying to find his room. So then the police were there. Crazy place. You also have to pay $12.95 for parking and the parking garage is the scariest place ever !!!! The sad thing is that we then found that less than a 10-minute drive away was a beautiful Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn in a much better part of town (with free parking). Sure wish we had stayed there.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by kleininv Excellent personal service
The General Manager at this property is fantastic. She provided personal service with a billing issue. Her professionalism was exemplary. The attached restaurant had excellent food and our server was very friendly. The location is right off the Detroit river tunnel and very convenient. The exterior is a bit of a throwback but the interior is very modern and clean. Highly recommend.
