Though I had problems with my tv...three days in a row it would not work. The service guy came to fix it three times in a row...the bed was not really comfortable....I had to sleep diagonally so I would not have lower back ache...I enjoyed the convenience as its close to shopping places and restaurants ....lastly I enjoyed the steam room n hot tub which helped my bak aches....

From the time you enter the hotel you are treated with warmth and courtesy by an enthusiastic staff. Checking in and out is smooth and fast. The hotel offers great amenities like free and fast WiFi, and fridge and microwave and coffee maker in the room, free computer and printing done in the lobby, and a convenient restaurant. Service is somewhat slow in the restaurant and the menu leaves something to be desired. But the food is quite good and the price reasonable. There is an abundance of free parking, and the location, close to the airport, is not overly crowded - although during rush hour you may have tto be careful getting into the street. On the whole, a highly desirable place. It would be hard to find a comparable hotel for the price. I recommend it highly as a fine place to rest your head.

Had the opportunity to stay at this property once in January, again in February and for an extended stay (2wks) in March.
Staff- excellent
Property- very clean and comfortable
Food @ "the hub"- very tasty, reasonable pricing + great wines!
Bed- comfortable
Rooms- very clean and adequate
On the "constructive feedback" side of things---
**walls are VERY thin. I could hear the person above me relieving themselves in the washroom, and I could hear the person beside me moving hangers in the closet as though it was in my own room. Consider this if you are sensitive to noise. People having telephone conversations or watching tv is obviously an issue with the thin walls, poorly insulated for sound transfer.
**on my last night, I visited the front desk and spoke to a young man regarding my billing, what I needed prepared and put under my door, as well as my wake up call. Sadly, neither one actually happened properly. The wake up call never came, and the only bill I received under my door was for my meals at The Hub. I was kind of disappointed as I was trying to be very proactive to make my morning jaunt to the car rental return and airport as quick as possible. Luckily I woke up prior to the time that the wake up call was supposed to happen, and visited the front desk for my room/tax billing... but I guess it kind of irritated me because those 2 simple things should have been no brainers.
**lighting in the rooms can be very harsh. There are energy bulbs that don't have that fluorescent blue type of hue...A warmer type of lighting might make the room feel more comfortable. Didn't bother me too much as I spent little time in my room except to sleep, but just a point of feedback.
Overall, I was pleased with my #3# stay#s#.
I would definitely return to this property, whether it be for business or to visit family in the area.

I've stayed here on 3 separate trips, always for one night as a place to stay before an early AM flight. The rooms are great, the front desk staff are awesome, and the location is a quick few minutes from the airport.
I've yet to have a great experience with the restaurant however. The food has always been good but the service is dreadfully slow, every time. Standing around waiting for a server to notice that I need a table. Finally getting a table and taking forever for them to take my order/check up on me for refills. Thankfully each table has a TV as I nearly watched a whole episode while waiting for my bill. This last time I tried to avoid eating their by calling for Room Service... nobody picked up the phone for 30 minutes. Finally went down and had to wait again before they'd take my order (waitress seemed a little ticked to have to take my order as well, not asking what sauces/sides I wanted)
Great Hotel, but spend the time to go to an offsite restaurant for dinner.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Although there had been confusion about our initial reservation, they accomodated us, took us to the airport and welcomed us back when we returned. Since we had to get a taxi to the hotel at the late hour of our return they gave us a breakfast credit which was very generous. Thanks so much,you made the end of our holiday a lot more enjoyable

I recently had a child born a few days before checking in on March 9/13. This was the same day that the mother and child were released from the hospital. I wasn't able to be there when my wife and child got out of the hospital and wasn't able to be there while they checked in the hotel either. The staff i was talking to over the phone were really a big help in getting my wife checked in while i couldn't be there due to car troubles and my wife got the relaxation needed while staying there.
