Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not what I reserved I reserved a King Non-smoking room 24 days in advance of my stay. Upon arriving I was given a double non-smoking room. Once in the room I called the front desk and was told that the hotel had overbooked and that if I wasn't happy I could speak with a manager about it the next day. There were no appoligies given and was told that it had to be Priority Club's mix up, even though my printed confirmation showed a King Non-smoking Leisure room. The bathroom floor looked as though they had replaced the floor tiles and replaced with a temporary flooring. The room was dirty and smelled, and wasn't fully stocked with toilet paper and kleenex. This used to be an exceptionally nice hotel. As I said, used to be. March 19, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, quiet night I give it a 4 because I still see the treadmill and recumbent bike with out of order signs on them two weekends in a row. The pillows could be better, they are often lumpy and firm isn't firm enough, and soft is just lumpy soft. Weekend evening shift appears to have had turnover and don't know you by name and your little quirks. January 18, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by This is an ICH Property? Booked a 3 night stay for the T-giving holiday at the HIEx location in Woodward, Ok. I am a priority club member and knew full well the check inn process and what to expect from the room. With regards to the previous, suffice it to say it was lacking. I was not greeted as a PC member (Gold) which is something I am proud of. Next was the condition of room 309 itself. I was shocked to find that apparently I must have chased maintenance off the job in order to get to the room. The shower curtain rod had a need to be relocated and some drywall work half completed in the bathroom, masking tape around the tile work. Could not believe that I got put in a room that had work going on in it. Will not use the brand at this location again. As an overall thought just generally felt like the house didn't care if we stayed with them or not. November 30, 2012
