Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Will not be staying again I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Woodway on several occasions over the past 5 years but will not be staying there again. I booked my reservation in advance and had to leave a day early. I was refused a refund for the day and night that I paid for in advance. Unacceptable! I expected better service since I am a Platinum Member. Too bad really as I have referred dozens of people to your hotel. March 6, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Desk Manager The desk manager on duty did not find it objectionable that the religious programming in the breakfast area was depicting ALL Muslims as anti-American terrorists. After two different guests complained, he reluctantly changed the channel after I told him that his personal religious views should not represent Holiday Inn. Although I am not Muslim, I was offended by the hate speech and the lack of concern of the manager. February 9, 2013
