The room was very well appointed. Addition of nite lights is extremely appreciated. Comfortable bed. Daily service is excellent.
Room temperature maintained is too warm for restful sleep.

1) Guests are constantly smoking inside the property despite no smoking sign. The concern is smoking inside the elevators. I have noticed hotel employees smoking in the changing/toilet near the gym. Hotel management has to enforce the rules to protect the well being of non smoking customers.
2) The hotel restaurants do not offer diversity for vegetarian food. Most of the items in the menu are not available and cooked imporperly (Oasis)
3) Satff and Service is excellent. Always helpful.
4) Long waits for Taxi services.

好在西安不大,在高新区也不算远,设施比较新,员工的笑脸比较欠缺,大致上ok啦!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

没有带早餐,周边吃饭又比较困难。
前台有个男服务观,看见老外就屁颠屁颠过去帮人家退房,
我排在老外后面,他给老外退完房就理都不理我,走了,
我只好去另外一边排队。

非常一般,整体服务一般,不是很喜欢了,本来酒店很偏,服务人员爱理不理,感觉很没有安全感。
服务人员的素质有待提高

整体还是不错 就是退房速度再快一些就好了.
工作人员还是比较认真负责,有次忘带房卡,确认了很多信息才让进入,比较让人放心。

入住酒店第二天早,我即告知前台会员卡号(2012年10月19日),2012年10月20日晚,在酒店餐饮刷卡(本人卡和签单)消费两笔(2635+1441),当时忘记告知会员卡号(但前台应该有记录呀),21日结账要我重新告知会员卡号,并在我提出要将此两笔消费计入会员卡时,前台告知已结账不能计入。作为一个国际化的会员管理系统,这样的管理和服务让我感到非常失望。
