Crowne Plaza (Xiaolan) never make me down every times when i stay in the hotel their staff always understand my requirement / expectation especially for the front desk staff, they are nice and helpful.
In my last stay when I checked out the front desk girl proactrively help me to reserve room for my next visit as she recongised I am frequency visitor.

the staff makes all the difference.
The Club Lounge Staff, Darren, jenny, and Kelly are very good and try very hard to make my stay pleasant.
room air conditioning needs help.
definite decline of restaurant on 2nd floor.

The front desk is very friendly and helpful. The hotel accomodates a lot of group tourists, who could be very noisy and unmannered sometime.
The hotel restaurant is very pricy giving the fact that the hotel is located in a rather rural area in Zhongshan.

Front desk staffs are very nice and helpful.
Karen is one of the example, she talk with every guess and trying to understand their needs and provided a quick responds in a very good manner.

Good location with a god spread of eateries formyounto chose from. Conveniently located with a shopping centre within 5 mins walk.

Crowne Plaza always on my top group of hotels whenselecting accomodation during business travel. Zhong Shan Crowne Plaza located inconvenient spot and close to restaurants, amenities and shops.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were all very nice and knowledgeable with all questions that I had. The rooms were excellent and serviced properly every day. I could not have been happier with this experience!!
