The hotel is kept extremely clean outside and inside! Great pool area nicely spread out throughout the resort, with various areas to relax in. The only set back would be the palapa reservations which need to be reserved the day before by waiting in a long line. Otherwise, great value for the money! Excellent service!

My wife and I had a fabulous time in April 2016. 90 degrees and sunny. We had a small billing discrepancy but besides that our week was absolutely perfect. We thank management and staff.

We loved the Holiday Inn in Aruba. Clean pool and beach area. Staff is so personable, friendly, especially Veronica and Diana in the restaurants. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner, but nothing stood out as a problem. Great spot for families. Pool and beach are close to each other.

Great place to stay in Aruba. Close to all the necessities and the beaches were nice. Rent a car or use a taxi to see the rest of the island though. It's worth it.

Went online to book a vacation and saw this Hotel. Had no idea what to expect. What we got exceeded what we thought we were getting ourselves into. We showed up a little early and the staff when out of the way to try to get the room ready as soon as possible. We found the room to be better than expected and VERY clean. The pool and beach were amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. My only two things I would have changed is having coffee available in the morning to patrons in the form of a coffee bar with creamers, sugar and cups for people who want coffee. Additionally the breakfast buffet was way to much money. There has to be a way to offer a breakfast at a market average for the island. The pricing was about 8 dollars per person to much compared the other 5 places that were all within walking distance of your building. At the end of the day, if that is the only thing I can say needs attention it isn't a big deal. The overall experience was a ten and I am coming back for years to come.

We had a hard time getting a hut on the beach. A lot of them were taken and reserved. At one point we were 17th in line and a lot of the huts were already reserved. My friend has been going to Aruba for years, this was her 31st time going.

Excellent place to stay in Aruba! Directly on the beach and has everything that you need from restaurants, shopping, excursions, water activity rentals, beach chairs and huts. You feel safe and comfortable at all times! The only downside is the hut spot reservations each day. .. i am a spire elite member and was treated so, but the hut reservations need revising. The property is awesome (could use a fresh paint job outside), but other than that, it's perfect! Food was great at all locations on the property as well. We will be back.
