I made two bookings with the 800 reservation service. Upon arrival, I was told there was only one booking. Fortunately, I had printed out the emailed confirmation to prove I had a booking. Had I not had this, I do not believe I would have gotten the same rate as booked. The desk agent was insistent that I had made a mistake. Customer service confirmed that both of my bookings were in their system and valid. Just not a good way to start a trip.

As an extensive traveler and significant user of IHG properties, this is the very first time I'm leaving a BAD review. I've stayed all over the U.S. at IHG properties, and have never had such POOR service and treatment from the front desk staff, mainly an employee by the name of Carlos. I was at this location for 5 nights, and it wasn't just one bad day or night, he was miserable and rude every single day of our stay. Unwilling to provide the most basic services or behave in a manner suitable for someone in his customer service position, I was taken back by his actions and words. Enough said on that. I would only recommend this property due to its location to the wonderful beaches only a short drive away. I also want to share that there were 2 gals who worked the front desk most mornings, who were very pleasant and made the mornings enjoyable. Thank you to them! I however, will not stay at this property again, as there are other IHG choices who would be more than happy to have my business.

I stayed here with my wife and kids. We were not bothered but free to come and go as we please. I got towels when I asked for them and they cleaned the room when asked too. No issues here. Check out was speedy.
