I did not see free coffee in the lobby each morning. The free paper was a nice touch.

Shuttle service to the airport was very prompt.
Front desk staff were lovely and helpful.

This is the 2nd time i stay in this hotel, my previous one was a 60 days stay, for this stay sadly i have to point out some bad experiences, 1st the GYM, in my 1st stay only 1 of the treadmill was out of service and after 2 months is still out of service so i have to hunt when the other one is free but even getting the only treadmill if failed 3 or 4 times and i had to pause my excercise routine.
They changed the wireless, before they had several wireless with number and we could choose the one with better signal, now they unified all the wireless with a single name and from the room i was staying (135) the internet was BADDDD, i had to stop working several nights because the signal failed, i told the person in the front desk and the answer i got was "you are the only person that has complained" i wonder how many person have to complanin. And finally when i arrived i notice that my room's door was missing the peephole door viewer, i told the front desk about that and they say that would be fixed in 3 or 4 days, i stayed for 25 days and never got it installed, i had to block the hole with a business card 3 times because it looks like people liked to open the hole and try to watch inside my room.
I have another business trip for 40 days and dont know if stay again this hotel, i really like the location but.....
