Regular visitor and patient at MDA. Very easy to make reservations here and change them if necessary. Very good value and proximity to medical center.

Was in Houston for MDA. Hotel was very clean and very comfortable. Felt safe. Great shuttle service to MDA. Not a lot to do / restaurants in the immediate area, but easy to access medical center.

The hotel staff and facilities were excellent. I spent 10 days at the hotel and have no complaints. We had a problem with the refrigerator in the room and they quickly replaced it. I used the shuttle service and it was excellent. I highly recommend this location.

Suite was roomy but noise outside suite seemed as if there was no door separating the hallway from the suite (hotel construction low quality). Bed mattress was unsupportive, seemed old and used. Would have been nice to have housekeeping every other day as opposed to once per week. The laundry facility was convenient (and cheap), but the washers and dryers were very old and "beat-up" looking. Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful.

I really liked everything about this facility with one exception. It is not easy to get to. We arrived in the area after dark and, while trying to work our way through Houston traffic, was a bit frustrated at the lack of street level signage on how to get to the hotel. We could see it, but figuring out which of the other businesses' driveways to use to get there wasn't easy while avoiding causing a traffic accident.
