Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberes und großes zimmer, optimal um am Vorabend der Abreise gemütlich alles zu verpacken und noch einmal richtig gut zu schlafen.
Die Wartezeit bis zur Fahrt zum Flughafen kann man sich optimal am Pool verkürzen.

this hotel is well located near the airport but has a homier feel about it. well equipped suites, full laundry, comfy beds and quality, easily accessible dining nearby. Barbara was at the desk as she has been for the several years that we have been staying here and she remembered and acknowledged us. highly recommended IHG property, just needs an airport shuttle to round out the perfection.

Exceptional staff, friendly and hospitable, night and day! Truly remarkable! Love the stay in Candlewood every time I'm in Miami. I know that its not a 5* resort, but for the price you pay and and the service you get, its actually an EXCELLENT choice! You wont regret if you chose this resort; i never did! Again; the friendliest staff in Miami! :)

We booked a suite months in advance. I have an infant who we wanted to sleep in a separate room, and didn't mind paying extra for it. I confirmed two days ahead of time that the room was available. Upon checking in at about 9pm, we get up to the room only to find out it wasn't what we booked. I called the front desk and they basically told me "sorry about your luck, we've got nothing for you, we'll work it out in the morning" The hotel did discount our rate to the rate of a studio and gave me some rewards points (which are garbage), and they think they have done their job. IHG said the property sent "an apology e-mail" which never happened. I didn't mind paying extra to get the room class we needed! I had to watch the World Series in their weight room and was continuously woken up by a tossing a turning infant all night. Without a doubt I will not be booking here again! I've lost a little faith in the IHG brand after this experience. All I'm looking for is an apology and advice for what to do should this happen again. Neither the property nor IHG is willing to assist.
