Great experience in your pet friendly hotel. Nice/clean room, friendly staff. The only thing that I would recommend is that the front doors open automatically at the push of a button to get the luggage cart through them. If you are checking in alone this can be a bit of a hassle if no one is around to open the doors for you.

Please note that the nearby trains that pass through are very loud at night. This considerably affected the amount and quality of my sleep during my stay.
The rest of the stay was pleasant and typical of Candlewood Suites service and accommodations. I appreciate the lending locker which had games to borrow.

I arrived late in the evening after a long day that started at 4am. When I walked up to the counter I was greeted by Ms. Minga. She thanked me for my loyalty, recognized me as Spire Elite and before I even realized it the check in process was done in under a minute! I have stayed at Candlewood Suites Round Rock before and I usually have a few request when I check in. Before I could even ask Ms. Minga told me that she had already put me in my ATF room and on top of that had already put a 5th. pillow, extra coffee and an extra blanket in my room as well. Wow! That is definitely being attuned and is a textbook case of A+++++ customer service. Since we are in Texas maybe I should have looked in the closet for a pair of complimentary cowboy boots! Recognition for doing business with IHG is important but in this case Ms. Minga should be recognized because I really appreciated the awesome and hospitable customer service. Thank you very much.
