Aside from all above comments, I always stay here when in Temple, TX. I always have a great experience with staff, the location, the
room, the internet but very especially I always feel SAFE. My room had everything I expected it to have which always makes me feel at home! Thank you again for another great stay!

One day, house keeping removed the shower curtain from the tub and didn't leave a clean one. We spoke to the front desk and immediately received a clean shower curtain. Also, we were given 2 fruit juice drinks.
All was well.

Tatianna was the front desk attendant upon arrival. She was very courteous in attending to me and provided me with all amenities requested. I was also granted a late check out time upon request. She was the type of person I would like to deal with during any hotel stay.

This was a very good hotel and was very close to the local hospital where we needed to be.
The staff was friendly at all times.
The only disappointment was that we reserved a wheelchair accessible room and they had allowed someone to extend their stay making the room not available. My husband is a quadraplegic and requires a wheelchair accessible room. Accommodations were made (a non-accessible king suite) but they were not optimal which made our first night and the following morning there unpleasant.
When my husband was admitted to the hospital they allowed me to stay in the King suite which was fine for me and very comfortable but the one night we needed a wheelchair accessible suite would have been worth more than any upgrade they could give us.
