Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Service and No Air Conditioning A/C didn't work and the maintenance man was off that day and the next and was told by hotel staff to just deal with it there is nothing they could do. They had no other rooms available to move me to so they expected me to stay in a room with no air conditioning with temps of a high of 98 and low of 85. They couldn't help get me in at another location or reimburse me. No customer service. Still haven't talked to GM as requested. While I was there I asked to talk to the manager and she was far to busy to be contacted. I stay in a hotel an average of four nights a week, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I see why this hotel is like this when the Manager or General Manager can't be bothered to talk to there customers when they have an issue. June 28, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by very poor managment first room had terrible odor the next was just fine my complaint was that i tried each day to set up a direct bill with my company and was unable to do so in the week i was there i stay at candlewood suits where ever i go with my crew and this is probably the next to the worst i have been to just very unprofessional. thank flip June 21, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by No Breaksfast and pool My overall stay was excellent, even though it was for business I was a little disappointed with no complimentary breakfast and pool. I guess with the kitchenette it takes the place for the breakfast. Again over all great stay and will recommend this hotel again. June 20, 2016
