I and my husband were able to speep really well bedding was really nice and comfortable.
Staffs of the hotel offered really great service and took care from very detailed things.

Nice guest rooms, suite excellent. Quite and peaceful hotel, polite and helpful staff, good breakfast. Movie renting facility (free of charge) excellent!

Menu in restaurant needs update. Several years now the same.

Staff provided excellent customer service and met us at the door. Bellman were well versed on providing recommendations and answering questions. They would not take a tip.

Stay here - superb property

We stayed just one night here but it is a serious oasis for the weary traveler - all I could complain about was the size of the counter next to the sink - and the internet thing they do if you are an ITG member - breakfast was a feast

We spent just a night at the hotel and everything was great - as we would expect from Intercontinental. After a week of travel across Korea it was reall nice to arrive at a hotel where the staff all were fluent in English.

I stayed at the Intercontinental in Alpensia on business. This was the third time I have stayed there and the service, as usual was impeccable.
My only concern was the variety of food available on the dinner menu. I would like to see a greater variety of western food.

Excellent service at a great value. I enjoyed my stay in this relatively new hotel, and though I did not feel that the building was particularly elegant, I feel that the service I received made up for it.
