Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Another great stay I stay at this hotel 2-3 times per year and I am pleased every time. The staff on the business floor is amazing- Mimi, Carmen, Trixie, Paul, Alex, Coco, Eriko... they are all so great. Being away from home for 2 weeks can prove challenging, but they make it comfortable, warm, and inviting every time. It is such a pleasure to see them everyday. The gym staff is also great- they remember me from previous visits. Thanks again for a great trip!!! :) 23. April 2015

Everything was fantastic about our stay and the hotel staff except our "non-smoking" room smelled of cigarette smoke as did the room they relocated us to. In addition, we were supposed to be on a "non-smoking" floor but twice we smelled lingureing cigarette smoke in the hallways. Otherwise it's a wonderful hotel with an awesome breakfast and staff is superb! Since they hotel can't really promise other rude guests won't break rules and smoke, I'm conflicted about how to rate them on this issue. Smoking is more acceptable outside of the states so we just dealt with it but it was an unfortunate experience to an otherwise great hotel stay. 22. April 2015

Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by Excellent and consistent club service caps an all round fine hotel I have been spending 10 to 20 nights a year in Hong Kong for the last 30 years. For the last 10 years this has been spent only at Intercontinental Grand Stanford Hotel. The rooms are well appointed and have always been very clean and the staff are attentive and reliable. We always use the Club facilities and can strongly recommend this well managed area to the traveler who wants to enjoy a little pampering while away from home. 20. April 2015
Rated 5,0 out of 5,0 by 2nd time and consistently very good service Came back again and again everything was excellent. Efficient and attentive staff catered to my simple needs. Great room upgrade with a harbor view. The bed and pillows were super comfortable as well, offering a great couple of nights sleep. Again, the location is excellent and quiet. Food is consistently good. Late checkout is a big plus as well as the nice free gift. Maybe next time I'll try to HK and go upscale a couple of notches. I'd probably return here for my next business trip. 19. April 2015
Rated 4,0 out of 5,0 by First time at the Stanford and it did not disappoint This was my first time at the Stanford. Reception was attentive and efficient. As a Gold Ambassador, I was upgraded to a harbor view room. Spacious and clean with a super comfy bed as to be expected of the Intercontinental. Breakfast is stellar as was lunch on my last day. I did not opt for the free drinks given time constraints. Location is great as it's a short walk to the MRT. Great staff, good location, great breakfast, nice rooms and great sleep. I'd stay there again. 19. April 2015
