Hotel is perfect Located, Room we stayed in was spacious and the View from the Room was Magnificent. The service of the crew of the Hotel is excellent without exclusions.
On top of above, we have been surprised with a Smartphone in our Room, free of charge during our entire stay. It included free Local Calls and free Calls to four specified Countries abroad. No doubt that It is valuable.

There is no other word for this hotel. Fantastic position, friendly and helpful staff, great rooms, outstanding facilities and a wonderful view!
We booked a Deluxe Harbour View Room but got upgraded to a Junior Suite (massive room with all you needed for a great stay) with a fantastic view. Imagine wakening up from a wonderful nights sleep, opening the curtains from your bed (using the electronic curtain controls) to see a breathtaking view of Hong Kong island in all its glory, stepping into a massive bath for a relaxing soak and then when you are ready to go out to explore - even having a free smartphone to use when going around the city!
Every interaction with a team member was handled in a friendly and professional manner - we even had our own dedicated butler!
Just wished we had stayed longer! Will definitely be back!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by SRPsrp Had to move my room three times
Arrived at the hotel and my requested room with two beds was not available. As I was traveling with my employee I had to pay for a second room for one night . After the first night we were moved to a room with two beds on the 17th floor which would have required tomtake the elevators to the 16th floor and walk up a flight of steps. We requested a room change immediately. They than assigned us a room on the 16 th floor overlooking the roof. We requested an immediate room change again. They finally assigned us a room that was adequate on the 11th floor.
Through this process one of three bellmen ( each move was with another bellman) my pair of jeans and belt were misplaced and never found. The management was informed and I was assured they were researching where my clothing was.
I left the hotel with the promise that in 48 hrs I would either have my clothing back or I would be compensated $300 to replace my clothing.
Before my visit I joined your Ambassador club to receive better benifits. I believe I wasted my money. I have stayed at this property for 20 yrs and will hesitate to return.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by skyrider007 One of the world's finest InterContinental Hotels
As an Ambassador member, I was pleasantly upgraded to a very nice and spacious room on the 3rd floor that comes with a large terrace and direct access to the swimming pool. The hotel granted early check-in at 6AM, which was much appreciated and needed because I flew in on a red eye flight. The room, while lacking the famous harbour view is compensated by its spaciousness (I would imagine this room could be sold under "Junior Suite" category), high ceiling, and a large terrace with sun loungers. I felt like I was in a resort rather then in a city hotel because the room face into the well kept garden. The bathroom is immaculate and everything was in working order (although the design is dated, the material used screams luxury). Amenities was generously provided and replenished. House keeping service is provided up to 3 times a day (I am beyond impressed). The bed was heavenly.
The public area of the hotel is also well maintained. The lobby and reception area can become very busy during the day and evening because visitors flock to the lobby lounge for afternoon tea and drinks with the best view of HK island from Kowloon side. The doorman and reception staff are very professional and willing to help. The staff at the swimming pool are very friendly and will bring you anything you request. They even offered to take photos of me at the beautiful hot tub (a feature I most adore at the swimming pool).
I dined at the Nobu Japanese restaurant and the food was amazing. Great sushi and very fresh sashimi. At lunch time they have set lunch at reasonable prices (about 300-400 HKD), I had their sunday set lunch for about (600 HKD). Breakfast was not included in my rate, but from my observation the spread looked amazing and I would be willing to shell out 400HKD for it next time I stay here.
If you plan to use the MTR train frequently, beware that walking distance to Tsim Sha Tsui station is relatively far (15 minutes walk excluding stairs you need to climb to get into the hotel). The hotel is closer to East Tsim Sha Tsui station, however it lies on a line and does not take you to tourists attraction. On the ground, you can walk to the Star Ferry, The Peninsula Hotel, and Nathan Road in less then 15 minutes however it can be a little challenging on a hot and humid day especially after a long day excursion/shopping. I recommend using taxis whenever possible.
Besides the location of the hotel which is not the most convenient for me because I prefer to use TST MTR and explore the area closer to The Mira Hotel (in the heart of Nathan Road), I would still come back to the ICHK because they treat me so well and the rooms while not the most luxurious or modern are very comfortable for me. I feel truly at home at the ICHK.

Ended a 24 day tour/cruise in Asia with a night at the hotel. From start to finish the service was great, with a smile - always. The view of the harbor from our room will live long in memory.

There is only 1 hotel right on the water in Kowloon and that is the Intercontinental and a room with a harbour view is the way to appreciate it. I could have sat at my window all day watching a zillion different boats go by. It is like being in the front stalls at the theatre as opposed to being in the dress circle of every other hotel.
A Hong Kong experience like no other!
